I've been in the real estate market for the past 16 years, primarily serving Wake, Johnston & Harnett counties. As a native of Garner, NC, I am very familiar with this area and have seen how dynamic Southern Wake & Johnston counties have become recently.
Over the course of the past few years, our sales volume has exceeded 25 million. We have been the listing team for two Parade of Homes award winning builders. Currently, we are marketing 8 subdivisions within a price range of $116's - $450's. We are proud to market new construction homes for 9 of the best custom builders in this area.

With 25 years experience in the retail sales and management, I have the firsthand experience of solving unexpected problems. Living in southern Wake & Johnston County area for 17 years, I have become very knowledgeable of the Greater Triangle area, while working with new construction, the resale market, and the relocation market.

Having been in sales and customer service my whole career, I am able to bring a lot of skills to the real estate market. After graduating from San Jose State University, I began my journey in sales and customer service and it has provided me with great experience which I use today.
My wife, Kelly, and I relocated to the Raleigh area in June of 2003. We call Fuquay Varina home. We have 2 beautiful children, Jack & Jenna, who bring us joy everyday.
I started my real estate career after moving from California to NC. I have been in real estate since January 2005. I was born and raised in Wake County and have lived my entire life in the Garner area. I spent most of my career working in a law office performing title searches and closing real estate loans. After working on the closing end of the real estate transaction for almost 30 years, I decided to enter the real estate field. I earned my real estate license in October of 2006 and have worked with numerous buyers and sellers.

I came to the Real Estate environment only recently, after retiring from a major computer industry. While serving that company, I held various administrative roles, which were diverse in nature, but all held the underlying theme of customer satisfaction. That strive for customer satisfaction is a skill that is transferable, regardless of the product being marketed.
The Real Estate Market is a very dynamic industry. Technology has enabled us to reach more and more individuals, in ways that were not available even 5 years ago. We, as a team, strive to stay abreast of that technology in order to provide state-of-the-art service to you, our customer.
